I saw you every day. The man inside the turnstile who said "Good morning" with a smile to everyone. I did not know who you were until I saw your tribute in the New York Times. I am sorry you did not make it out. There is one less person in this city who will greet people with a smile and words of cheer. May God bless you for your heroism.
