I can still remember you on the day this photo was taken, my wedding day. How I miss all the years we could have shared together, thus far. I will never forget you and think about you oftern. Missing you always, Carolyn ~ BCF

To Colleen's husband Dan and the Meehans, we extend our heartfelt sympathy to your family in the loss of Colleen. We have lost a number of friends in this tragedy and both my brothers-in-law are New York City firemen who have been through so much, so we share your grief and hope that the love you shared with Colleen will sustain you in the worst of times. May God Bless you all.

My prayer for today is that you will remember Colleen's smile, that it will dry our tears and ease the eternal pain and anguish we are feeling ... We hope you are in a better place, and we will love forever in our hearts, which remain broken.
Thomas J. Meehan III, father

I knew Colleen very well from school. We lost touch, but when I heard the news I felt like I lost my best friend. My prayers go out to her parents and brother who I knew so well. This was a horrible tragedy, and I wish Colleen and I stayed great friends. She will always be in my thought, prayers and heart.
Danielle Gaeta-O'Rorke, friend.

I worked with her husband, Dan Barkow, at Spectra Securities Software, and he always talked about her and their new home. He loved and cherished her deeply.
