I never met you but heard a lot of stories about you from an AON survivor.
I always look for your name on any 9/11 memorial.

I met Heinz briefly on the phone in my professional career. He was very nice to me (he complimented my terrible German), enough so that I remembered him five years later when I saw his picture. I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to have another converastion with him.
