Toyena Corelis Skinner when my mom saw your name called of those who lost their lives on 9/11 I was crushed, was in denial and sad that you were gone. I miss you and you are always on my mind and will never forget you for you brought happiness, smiles, laughs and great times to many who knew you. In September 2001, Idaho State University handed out the names of those lost on the 11th. At the end of the day, I had two names. I never met Ms. Skinner, or the other young lady, but I had a pendant made that I wear every Sept. 11. I pray every year for your peace in dealing with this tragedy. I rode in Toyena's memory in the America's 911 Foundation Inc. motorcycle ride. It was an honor to do so. Her memory will never be forgotten.
