She was a pleasant, upbeat, friendly person who helped my relatively new business, HedgeLender, get started. I knew nothing about how to use and set up the office services she provided, but she was never upset with me, always patiently explaining everything. She seemed like someone who genuinely loved her job. She was the first person I thought of, as her office was on the 92nd floor where the second plane hit, I believe.
May she rest in peace.

I only knew of Tatiana by her voice. She was always very sweet and pleasant over the phone. A genuine person always came to mind when we talked. I'm sorry to hear of the this tragedy.
