Chris was a perfect American, balancing success, family and generosity towards others. He left behind a beautiful family. I pray that they will survive what was a tragic loss, not only to them, but to all those who new Chris, and even many who did not.

I had the honor of meeting Chris at my old job, after having dealt with his father on several transactions. I have now moved to Las Vegas, but I was deeply saddend to see how many people from Manhasset have passed away in this tragedy. I just would like to express my sympathy to the Quackenbush family. Chris was a wonderful person, and you are a wonderful family.
