Phil was my mentor and my friend. Even when he no longer was assigned to my account he always made time for my frantic phone calls for lessons and information, even though they were made two hours after normal business hours. He was my number one employment reference and I miss him dreadfully. I miss his laugh and his heart. God Bless You Phil.
